Window bar at top of fullscreen apps MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68) MacBook 14" When switching between fullscreen apps (Chrome, WhatsApp, Messenger, Twitter etc) using hot corners, a window bar appears at top of screen showing just the red, yellow and green window buttons. Does not appear to happen when swiping with trackpad gestures. It only disappears when you move cursor to top of screen then back down again. Very annoying.

Constant drop down menus I am constantly getting drop down menus when I am on my MAC. If I click a link on a page, I get a drop down menu. It takes constant clicking -- going off the page and clicking -- and if I'm lucky, it eventually goes away and I can go ahead and click the link I was wanting. This has just started in the last year or so. It's getting worse and worse. I've tried the suggestions regarding Preferences, Accessibility, etc. None of that works. Any ideas?

Did you switch on System Preferences- General - Click in the scroll bar: Jump to the spot that's clicked

If so, it's probably that; if not I dunno.
