How to retrieve downloaded songs in Apple Music app in iOS 18.5?

I have an iPhone Pro, iOS 18.5

Some of my downloaded music does not appear in the “Downloaded” section of the music app. If I search for it in the music app using the artist name or song title I can find the album and play it, so it was evidently actually downloaded. (All this in airplane mode with no internet connection). How can I make all my downloaded music appear in the “Downloaded “ area?
