Can I Downgrade from watchOS 26 Beta to a Stable Version?

Hi everyone,

I recently installed the watchOS 26 beta on my Apple Watch to try out the new features.

I’m wondering — is there a way to downgrade from the watchOS 26 beta back to the latest public release of watchOS? If not, is there any recommended action I can take to stabilize performance or contact Apple for help with this?

I’d really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences from those who’ve been through a similar situation.

Thank you!

You will have to keep on using the Beta-iOS and watchOS Beta versions and hope for more stable updates:

...

To use a previously-released version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS, you can restore your device from the backup that you created before installing the beta. Please note Apple Watch cannot be restored to previously-released OS versions once the beta is installed.

installing beta means you are taking part in testing an unfinished product, when it's not even a public beta one should never install it unless one is a tech serve developer
