Here is the current beta removal doc: Unenroll Your Devices — select watchOS from the list in the top navigation.

Per that, you’ll be waiting for the next watchOS non-beta version.

Once un-enrolled, the following will probably also revert: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

This is an older article (see the 2022 revision date), and is not completely current (per the details in Settings and in the unenroll article linked above): How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software - Apple Support

thank you for good assistance

The only way to install beta on your watch is for you to register as a developer and turn on the update. If you are bona fide you would have read the release notes that include the words

"...[watch shows]...issues that require it to be restored with the current version of watchOS, you may need to send it in to Apple to be serviced. Apple Authorized Service Providers and Apple retail stores cannot perform this service. Once your device is received, it may take up to 3 business days to be serviced. You will get back the same device you sent in."

Hello

I could only find the steps for iPhone and iPad, but the steps should be similar for Apple Watch as well. The main steps are removing the beta profile and then you will either have to wait for a new public release of the software or downgrade to a backup.

Please read this support page - How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software - Apple Support.

It is always advised not to do install beta software on personal day-to-day devices. There is most likely a ton of Youtube videos on this topic if these support pages don't help.

I hope this helps!
