Did all this:

Apple Intelligence requirements for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro

• iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max; any iPad with A17 Pro or M1 and later; Mac with M1 or later; Apple Vision Pro
• iOS 18.1 or later, iPadOS 18.1 or later, macOS Sequoia 15.1 or later, and visionOS 2.4 
• Device language and Siri language set to the same supported language
• 7 GB of storage
• Restarted twice

Specs

• Mac OS Sequoia 15.5
• Apple M1
• Tons of HD space...

Still no Toggle to enable Apple Intelligence. Assistance would be appreciated.
