Need app that can pair my Iphone 13 to windows laptop so I can see all my texts, send photos and files on both

iCloud for Windows doesn't let you use your iPhone to place and take phone calls on a Windows PC, or to send and receive messages using a Windows PC. Those are Continuity features reserved for Macs.

Microsoft Phone Link and the soon-to-be-discontinued Intel Unison are supposed to support phone calls and text messaging, but Phone Link is apparently not all the OP was hoping for it to be.

I could be mistaken, but it sounds like unless you have a Lenovo Aura PC, you won't be able to use Intel Unison at all after the end of this month.

The available Apple tooling is either iTunes or the newer device support app, or uses iCloud to access the data.

I would not expect third-party apps or services to have access to iCloud Messages, among other features.

Photos can be uploaded to or transferred to other services, using those services’ apps, or using the Photos export functions.

If you want full access to Apple iCloud features locally, you’ll want to use a Mac, and (if you need it) run Windows 11 for Arm as a guest.

You may want to look at Microsoft Office 360 to see if that would meet your needs. I have never tried it so I can’t offer any user advice.
