iPhone FaceTime option redirecting to Telegram app

I’ve tried turning off integration in the telegram settings, and a number of other options in both telegram and FaceTime app settings. It will only work when I’m already on a call with someone, only then can I hit the FaceTime icon and it will work but if I hit the icon under someone’s contact info it just goes straight to the telegram app
