iPhone SE gen3 can’t choose FaceTime while on a call

While on a call I can’t select FaceTime . The icon for FaceTime is dull like it’s not available.

FaceTime Calls Not Appearing in Recents Hello, I’m having an issue with my iPhone where FaceTime calls are not showing up in my Recents call log in the Phone app. I’ve tried the following steps without success: 1. Facetime not working on IOS 17.5.1 Can't make Facetime calls - The video icon on contacts is grayed out. I have shut down phone and started back up again and made sure Facetime was "on". Any suggestions?
