I am unable to download any app on my mac mini
I have been facing issue on first week of buying mac mini. I have reached out to customer support team and conducted multiple times but after 10+ days of interactions still no solutions.
Steps that I perform as part of the troubleshoot.
- Restarted the Mac mini multiple times.
- Signed out and signed in of the app store multiple times.
- Cleaned the cache from the machine.
- Checked if the VPN is enabled.
- Deleted the entire operating system and reinstalled it.
- Shifted to Safe Mode - I temporarily shifted to safe mode, where apps installed normally. However, when we returned to normal mode, the same issue persisted everywhere.
- Created a New User and Deleted the Old One - I created a new user and deleted the old one. This user worked for me for three-four days, but it again started causing issues.
