How to reset child's Apple ID without Apple Watch passcode?

This is going to be long and maybe confusing.

Child ID was created and added to an Apple Watch. Watch had its own phone number. NO phone was connected to it.

We CANCELLED that service.

Watch was then connected to my phone number successfully. Been using it for over a year.

Got child a new iPhone. When we set it up, I clicked HER profile. Dilemma 1 is that the MY CARD section has my information, not hers. So it doesn't show her phone number, it shows mine. When I click the card (under PHONE and then CONTACTS), I can edit that section. I'm just nervous to do that and it locks me out.

Dilemma 2 is that I don't know the CHILD ID password. When I try to reset it, it's asking me for the Apple Watch passcode. For one, we never set up a passcode when she had the watch, and two its connected to my current phone successfully. My phone number and my apple ID shows on the watch. So I'm unable to reset her password without that code.

There's more, but if I can start with those 2 things I'll try to figure more out on my own. Thank you. Sorry for the ginormous pictures. lol. iMAC older than dirt and slow as molasses.
