I have a Mac Mini that I cannot get to be recognized by my PC. I have tried some suggestions from some older threads on here and no dice. I am not sure what to do. Apple makes is ridiculously hard to just plug and play

yes Ive done that. The weird thing is it works fine on my work laptop. The only major difference is that my Home PC is running Convenant Eyes and my work PC does not.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes from both Microsoft store and iTunes website
What suggestions did you follow? If only to not suggest the same things again.
Have you for instance tried to restart both devices and the attempting the connection again?
