How should I get the scratches off of my Apple Watch series 9 screen?

How should I get the scratches off of my Apple Watch series 9 screen? It’s still under warranty and I got it a few months ago, but I can see about one kinda big scratch that is annoying and one that isn’t really but it’s small. Anyways, my iPhone 14 can’t focus enough for me to get a good picture, but I’ll try.

I was strongly thinking about using the polywatch glass polish, which I’ve heard of many people having success with, but I’m concerned that it will ruin the screen, plus I want to try to see if a screen protector will hide it first, but I’ll probably get it anyways. I just want to know if it would ruin my screen/cause more scratches. I’m talking about this one:

Apple Watch Series 9, watchOS 26

Don't use that.Just live with it. You could compromise the touchscreen by using that.
