Why can't my wife access Apple Music through Family Sharing?
I am family sharing with my wife. She has access to my iCloud, so that works. I have a family subscription with Apple Music. On my devices it shows that I am sharing Apple Music with her. She can however not get access to Apple Music. I have followed all the suggestions on Apple support through the app but still cannot get it working. Can anyone please assist? Would have been nice if I were able to chat to Apple support directly, but that is not possible it seems.
