[SOLVED] How to connect iMac G4 (PPC) to WPA Wi-Fi with AirPort Extreme – 2025 Method

Issue: Legacy iMac G4 can’t connect to WPA Wi-Fi with AirPort Extreme

✅ Solution:

- Needs Mac OS X 10.3 or later

- AirPort Software 3.2+

- If WPA not possible → use WEP relay via AirPort Express

I’ve implemented this in a full AirPort network ("Noob Fortress") with 8+ nodes.

Devices are tightly managed, access is restricted to trusted clients only, and all traffic is monitored for anomalies.
