Call recordings created in Notes app without being on a call

My iPhone 15 pro running ios 18.5 and in Lockdown mode keeps making call recordings and saving them to iCloud despite call recording and dictation being turned off.

Is my phone hacked?!

Deleted Call recording from Notes app by mistake Hey, I was trying to share a call recording on my Notes app but I clicked Delete by mistake. It didn't even ask me to confirm and now I think I lost the important call recording. Any help as to how I can retrieve this?
