My phone is 15 promax and I updated my IOS to 18.5 after updating my Apple Intelligence is not working. The border won't light up. Can somebody help me? i already turn on the AI in the settings and I also set the region to US.

Does it show the old circle Siri animation instead or nothing at all from Siri? If you turned on Siri in Settings, it sound’s like you have the option. So either Siri is not responding to you or Apple Intelligence is not properly setup. Have you made sure your Siri language and iPhone System language are set to the same English (United States)?
So it sounds like Siri is not responding to you to show the glowing border. Can you go to Settings > Apple Intelligence and Siri > Talk and Type to Siri > Turn it Off then back on to Siri or Siri and Hey Siri. You will go through a set of verbal prompts to read to train Siri to better recognize and respond to your voice.
Do other Apple Intelligence features work? For example, do you have the Image Playground app on your phone? And did everything work before the update?
Did you also try Zachyy’s suggestion? Under that same menu (Talk and Type to Siri), I would also verify that “Press Side Button for Siri” is enabled.
It seems as your iPhone after the update is re-installing Apple Intelligence, which could be attributed to why Siri is not working. I would give it some time to fully install and once done, see if Siri works. If not, we can continue to troubleshoot here.
It's been a week I think since I updated my IOS and my AI is still not working with siri. Is it possible to uninstall the AI? Bcs I already tried to turn it off and on the AI and it's still not working.

Yes it's working. It's only in siri that is not working, however when I click the Genmoji it says like this

Yes I also tried that, I also tried to restart my phone and tried to on and off the Apple intelligence. It's still doesn't work.

There is no way to entirely uninstall Apple Intelligence. Have you been making sure your iPhone is on a strong WiFi connection and a charger to install Apple Intelligence? Any VPNs?
