Apple Intelligence not working on iOS 18.2 iPhone 16 Pro

I’ve been a part of the iOS beta’s for the last 2 months. iPhone 16 Pro in the US, I updated to 18.2 yesterday and my Apple Intelligence will not update. I spoke with Apple support yesterday and ran a diagnostic check on my iPhone but couldn’t solve the problem. Tried hard restarting phone 10+ times and changing region, still nothing.
