How do I stop my MacBook (1 year old running Sequoia 15.5) from auto-dimming after a few minutes on battery?

If you see my Settings screenshots in the original post, I have already turned off 3 settings regarding brightness and power. Even the "Slightly dim the display on battery" setting does not work either. My screen brightness drops to 60-70% on battery after a period of time.
Turn off automatic brightness in settings and see if that helps.
I found the solution to stop the screen from going dark. It's the Lock Screen setting. I set the option "Turn display off on battery when inactive" to Never.
