Cannot share HomeKey with family

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I can't share HomeKey from our Schlage Encode Plus locks with my family. Every member of the family has an icloud account.

We don't have a Homehub. Here are our apple devices: 2 Iphone 15 Pro, 1 Apple Watch SE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can't sign into iCloud with my Son's Family Sharing ID I have an iPad Air 5th generation. It is for my son. He has his own Apple ID and password, and he's set up on my Apple One plan. When I try to sign him into iCloud on his iPad, it takes his credentials (ID and Password) and then it asks for his device passcode. Everything works great until I put in his device passcode (yes, I'm sure I used the right one). When I put in the passcode the iCloud sign up pop in screen goes away and the iCloud menu goes back to saying "sign in". Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I don't have Screentime on or anything.
