Apple Intelligence not working on iPhone

My apple intelligence isn’t working, it says that i have it but that it’s also downloading, when i have it turned on none of the features work. What do i do

Apple Intelligence won’t download on iPhone 16 Pro I tried everything. I called the Apple support and they escalated it to the engineers. I tried different Wi-Fi every time I do Apple Intelligence I tried everything is there what is going on? Is there a work around?

Ios 18.2 intelligence feature not working on iphone 16 I had updated my iphone to ios 18.2 which was only 2.7 gb update and after it installed there no apple intelligence features available to me why is this happening please help

It took about 15 minutes on mine.

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

Writing tool finally appear on my Notes after I do the setting of appear on my Home Screen.

Nothing work when I choose the option of proofread or rewrite for my iPhone with English (Australia) setting.

Mine writing tools is still not working for my iPhone 16 Pro Max since I download 18.2 on its release date and now I'm on 18.2.1.

I'm using the English (Australia) and my MacBook Pro M1 Max is also having the same issues.

No, no vpn but I’ll give it another day if it still isn’t working by tomorrow I’ll go to AT&T and see what they say, thank you though!
