iPhone 16 Pro Freezes when using Maps

Hi! Is this what you are experiencing? I have a iPhone 16 pro max and Apple Maps/Google Maps are doing the exact same thing. Apple says that there isn’t a problem when clearly there is. I’ve deleted and reinstalled both maps applications and the issue is still the same.

I have the same issue. Brand new iphone 16 pro 18.5 ios. Doesn't matter what map I use. Both Apple Map and Google maps have the same. I can switch apps but cannot do anything within any app.
