How to manually set artist photo in Apple Music on windows laptop then sync to my iphone

I put my local music onto my iphone via the windows apple music app then synced via apple devices, but the artist photo is not showing, is there a way to manually set it?

How to fix Artwork sync issues between iPhone and Mac in Apple Music This issue was brought up in this community in Aug '22, but has still not been fixed by Apple and replies have been blocked. The problem is that not all artwork shown in Songs view in the Music app on the iPhone syncs with the artwork shown in Songs view in the Music app on the Mac. I think this happens when Music can't automatically find the artwork and/or a user adds artwork in Music on the Mac. If there is a mismatch and/or the music note appears, meaning no artwork associated with the song, one has to delete the song on the iPhone and then re-sync the iPhone with the Music app on the Mac in order to get the iPhone to download and display the correct artwork. ~250 people indicated they had the same problem in the previous post. If not, during the sync process, ask the user which devices', i.e., Mac or iPhone, artwork to use. This is the way most databases engage users to resolve conflicts. Unable to move Music from my iPhone to my MacBook - plus - artwork is incorrect on iPhone 12 Most fixes I have read tells you to just delete all music files on your iPhone, and then re-sync on Music > but I am not able to do this - because my iPhone has music that is not in my Macbook's Music app. I've never found a way to get all my music that is on my iPhones, onto my newer MacBook Air (2020). Previously, I used an app called Senuti, but it isn't supported anymore. I started re-ripping all my 2,000+ CDs into Music, now the album artwork on my phone is all wonky. Any suggestions?

Cloud music library wont turn off Recently wiped my iPhone 12 and reset it to factory settings because my Photos library wasn't working properly. However now when I try to Sync music from my MacBook Air but when looking at the music section of the iPhone in Finder it tells me my Phone is using Cloud Music Library and that You can play and download songs on all your devices. To sync music from this Mac, turn off Cloud Music Library. But I do not have Cloud music library turned on non my iPhone or any other devices. Any ideas how to resolve this so I can Sync music from my MacBook?
