Can I restore Apple Music playlists from MacBook's Time Machine backup?

I was the organizer for my Apple One Premier and my daughter used Apple Music creating playlists. I recently canceled the Family plan and went to the individual plan. Didn't realize she would have to have an individual plan before my Family plan expired.

Question: Can her MacBook TM backup restore those playlists if she restores just the Apple Music app on her MacBook?

I believe if she starts a subscription within 30 days of you cancelling the family plan she may get back her playlists. It may be possible to restore a snapshot of the Apple Music library (rather than the app) from a Time Machine backup with the computer offline from the Internet, however once you connect again the library will update to whatever the current state of the iCloud Music Library is as far as Apple's servers are concerned.
