I recently joined my family sharing apple music plan, I had an individual Apple Music account which had all of my playlists on it and then I joined my family plan and I’ve lost every single one of my playlists I am so upset! it took so long to curate these playlists is there any way for me to retrieve them??

Is everything from your Apple Music library missing or specifically just the playlists?
It may help to double-check if Sync Library is enabled in Settings > Music. If it's already on, try toggling it off, restarting the device and then re-enabling it.
