iPhone 13 Pro Max making loud feedback during WhatsApp and FaceTime calls

Recently purchased an iPhone 13 promax and whenever i try to make a WhatsApp video call or FaceTime call there is massive feedback. i have tries to put the mic on isolation mode but its still not working

iPhone 13 — Cracking Sound & Voice Drop Issue (FaceTime & Calls) Hello everyone, I’ve been facing a consistent microphone issue with my iPhone 13. On FaceTime and regular phone calls, the person on the other end often hears cracking sounds or voice dropouts — especially when the phone is held at a distance. I’ve updated to all recent iOS versions, from iOS 18 to 18.5, but the issue remains. iOS was also reinstalled, but that didn’t help either. Is anyone else facing this issue on iPhone 13? Would appreciate any help or suggestions — and if Apple Support is reading this, please guide me on what to do next. Thank you.
