How can I remove icloud folder and files from windowsapps folder

I've already Uninstalled iCloud from my Windows 11 Pro (24H2) via the Programs and Features control panel, but the iCloud setup splash screen still opens on reboot. Looking inside Windowsapps folder, it's clear all the iCloud system files haven't been removed.

I seem to have found a great solution. I tried Revo Uninstall, it found the iCloud software files (even though the program was deleted via the control panel) and it removed it from the Windowsapps folder. Revo opens PowerShell and does the work, which didn't work for me manually (following advice from the Internet). No more iCloud setup wizard on boot-up.
