Can I import grooves from one Logic Pro X project to another?

I created a project in which I have multiple Grooves created, project created on purpose to create grooves, and I would like to know if it is possible to import and test the grooves into another project.

Yes you can. Simply import the Tracks into the new session and then go about creative Groove Templates and you should be good to go. There is not direct way but this will get you there.
