How do I recover my iCloud email password on Outlook?

I have forgotten the password associated with my iCloud email account.

It is different to my Apple ID password. I know this because I'm trying to add my icloud email account to MS Outlook 2019 on a Windows 11 desktop so my various email accounts are together. The Apple ID password is not accepted by Outlook.

My Apple ID email is of the format name@bigpond.com, so not name@icloud.com.

After numerous searches on here and elsewhere I understand the passwords are the same if an @icloud.com email is used as the Apple ID, but that's not the case here.

How do I reset just the iCloud email account password?
