How do I fix Apple Music not working on MacBook Air after changing region?

after i changed my region my apple music is not working on my macbook but it is working on my iphone

A subscription the Apple Music service is locked to the region it was purchased in. In general you cannot change the region of your device when you have an active subscription, but you're not necessarily prevented from signing out of your Apple Account, and then signing in with a different region. If you revert the MacBook to the original region you should find your iCloud Music Library returns.
