Apple Music only playing previews

I am playing it on my desktop at work which uses intranet connected to the head office (which is in another country) so it does not recognise as playing in my current country. Maybe this is the issue. I have changed the country to the other option Apple Music suggests but it still only plays previews.

Anyway I can solve the problem? I want to listen to Apple Music while at work.
