Just trying to understand. Typically, when setting up a new Mac, it will go through an "automated" process, called the "Setup Assistant." During the process, it will guide you through setting up the initial user account (which will have administrator privileges), and then, give you the option to associate the computer to an Apple Account (used to be called an Apple ID.)
This is what I am trying to understand. Where exactly in this process are you not able to proceed: User account creation? Associating it to an Apple Account? ... or somewhere else?
At best, I can only guess that the issue is with the Apple Account. Is that correct?
