How can I recover Safari bookmarks that were overwritten while syncing with iCloud?

I recently plugged in my old windows computer, which hadn’t been turned on in a while. As part of that process it connected to the internet. I believe that it synced with iCloud while the computer was on. I recently was looking for a bookmarked which I had saved in my iPhone’s Safari browser. At this point I recognized that half of the bookmarks were erased. I logged into the iCloud on a desktop, but it says no bookmarks are saved. My question is whether any of the bookmarks can be recovered since I can’t seem to locate it or restore my phone over the last month to a previous date where the bookmark still exist.
