Since I updated my phone since the 10S 18.5 update I can’t make or receive calls and the call forwarding wheel is spinning. I’ve done everything suggested even restore my phone to factory setting and it still won’t work

Cheers even if there is a spinning wheel on the call forwarding on my phone all the time. Or could that be a problem with call forwarding. Cheers for the advice I will try EE in the morning it’s my last hope

Sounds like calls may be forwarding to a different number? Try contacting your carrier and see what solutions they have as calls and call forwarding are services offered by them.
