Logic Pro won't open since I upgraded to 11.2

Logic Pro won't open since I upgraded to 11.2. I've been trying to open it in various ways for two days, and it only opens if the Components folder is completely empty. Even if I add a single audio unit to the folder (even if that unit is not in the project), Logic still won't open. I made the mistake of not keeping the old version of Logic, and unfortunately we don't have the option to install an old version of Logic. Now I'm in the middle of a project and I'm at a loss. Has anyone with Sequoia + Logic 11.2 encountered this issue and solved it?
