Music won't work after upgrading to iPhone 16

When I did the data transfer everything worked accept for the music.

Why Music won’t some music /videos download after getting a new phone? Apple Music - Sometimes songs and videos won’t download after you have gotten them before and you end up getting a new phone and do a phone to phone transfer then interrupt the Apple Music song/video download process. This may also happen after to songs/videos after you either delete the downloads or interrupt them and then try again later. What happens is it shows it’s about to download but doesn’t actually do it.

My iPhone won't sync to Apple Music in iCloud Long time user of iTunes Match here. Recently (since update of ios?) my phone doesn't sync with the music in the cloud; my appleTV does show the music so it is there. Tried a restart of the phone, didn't help. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
