How do I create a playlist in Apple Podcasts?

How do I create a Playlist in Apple Podcast? My commute changed from public transportation to auto. I follow a few Podcasts (NY Times, CNN, NPR, etc ) with top stories of the day. I was able to setup my shows to Download the latest episode to listen during my commute. With now I am busy driving, how Do I setup a playlist to automatically play the latest episode of each channel; so I don't have to pay divert my attention from the road?

I used to have an app that had the ability for me to schedule download latest episode of a show; and setup a playlist to play the downloaded episodes the shows in customized order. That app shut down few years ago.

I have not been able to find a solution for this on Apple Podcast.
