Can iPhone 16 output sound to Ponto 5 and AirPod at the same time?

I have an iPhone 16 and a Oticon Ponto 5 super power (boneanchored hearingaid on right side)

this combination works great, but i wonder ur i can use both my hearingaid on right side and a airpod 3 in my lift ear and use them at the same time, meaning get sound in both, not just one of them?

i really want to hear my music in somewhat stereo and i dont want to bit AirPods if this isnt possible
