Amazon Website Shrinks using Safari or App on iPad Pro (9.7) with iOS 16.3.1
When contacting Amazon using either Safari or the Amazon app, the page initially opens to 100% of the screen. However, within a few seconds, it snaps down to about 2/3rd’s of the screen making it difficult to read and to tap. One person in the Community had what sounded like a good solution involving the Settings>Safari>Page Zoom. However, when I went there, I did not have an additional setting for Amazon, as this member had shown. Also, since this problem happens in both Safari and the Amazon App, that member’s solution probably would not work anyway. And, by the way, Amazon is the only place that this happens to me. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?
