i have a microphone with jack 3.5
but it can’t connect to mac mini m4

No. The port on the back of the Mac mini is an audio output jack for speakers or headphones. You cannot plug a mic in for use.
If you wish to have audio input then you’ll need to use some form of USB audio input device.
Google “usb mic input mac” to get an idea of what’s available. (Lots!)
