ms word mac unable to associate your purchase

I purchased MS Office with my Apple account; however, I am getting an error after updating Office via the App Store. I am getting the below. I've uninstall and re-install. NO DICE. How can I resolve this issue?

ever since we updated our new software on our imac, "monteray" we are unable to use the apps, word, excel, powerpoint when we try to purchase the microsoft 365 office family pack, it says error, regardless of the valid email accounts we try, it continues to say error, and we cant update and purchase the microsoft office pack, and therefore cant use word excel powerpoint etc
