Always get this error when logging into Docusign

"Sorry, there was a problem loading your account features. Please contact DocuSign Support for assistance."

We want to help you with using your Mac to log in to DocuSign with ease.


Are you using Safari? Which version of macOS are you using?

You can find that in Apple menu () > About This Mac.


You can try clearing the Safari data for that website:

Manage cookies and website data in Safari on Mac
