How do I redefine roles in iCloud Family settings on iPad and iPhone?

I recently noticed that the iCloud Family settings and access menu on my iPad and my wife's iPhone are different. My wife created this family on her iPhone and then I became a member. Now, no matter how I search, I can't find the settings that allow me to change the roles of the family members. How do I redefine the different roles in the family settings?

I would be grateful if you could guide me.

Not sure what you mean by redefine roles.

Family Sharing has no definable roles.

The person that creates the family sharing group is set as the Family Organizer, and that cannot be changed.

If you want to become Family Organizer, then you would need to leave the family group and create your own, then invite whoever you want into it.

Now, if my wife becomes a family member of the new group I want to create, will the family group that she created be automatically deleted? Or will she become a member of two groups at the same time? (I think this is unlikely) Or will she have to delete her own group first and then be able to become a member of the group I am creating? Thank you for your time and answering my first question.

No. She will need to delete the Family Group before she can join yours.

No. A person can only be a member of 1 family group at any one time.
