I'm not being presented the option of changing a family member's fole from Adult to Parent in either IOS 17 or Mac (Sonoma). I've stopped Family sharing and re added family members but nothing seems to work.

It is incredible how Apple can make Super-Ultra-Pro-Max complated that level of basic configurations/options on their systems.
I also re-built my Family Sharing group and now all of them are added as an Adult... without the option of set them as Parent/Guardian.
It is like the cut/copy-paste in a MacOS... a titanic task for a non experienced user.
