How do I fix incomplete Books display after iOS update on iPhone 13?

After the last update of iOS on iPhone 13, the apple book attached displays incomplete books, a few pages in total. Until then, everything worked well, and the entire collection of books was displayed perfectly .

Unable to open book on Apple Books app in my iPad. For the last month, I have intermittently not been able to open books in my library. Now I can’t at all. Apple Books Skipping Pages Hi Since the last update it seems Apple Books on the iPhone is skipping pages - it jumps ahead a number of pages when you turn the page. I downloaded two new books yesterday and both experienced the same problem (one being the latest Steve Jobs book) - it is also doing the same thing with older books in my library. I have tried restarting the device but the problem continues. I would be grateful for any guidance re how to fix the problem. Regards Bruce

I'm having the same issue on iPad mini 6 after update to iOS 18.5. With other readers there's no problem.
