where can I find the names of instruments in the electronic drum kits

Electronic drum kits

Doing a GarageBand soundtrack project with my students and the need to know the name of the instruments/SFX they use. It’s not always clear on the iPad app. Is there a chart or other resource somewhere? Thank you!

I’ve looked through the drum kits that are available in the sound library, and the ones I’ve already downloaded. It’s not there though. Where is it? And if it’s not available on the iOS version of Garage Band, why not?

What happened to the (named) drummers in Logic Pro? Until the latest update, once could use the character drummers (they had names and styles associated with each) and choose those separately from the kits, but that's all gone now (or I cannot find them after 2 hours). The brushes kit is also gone. What is happening?! Ta.

Logic Pro Software Instrument not changing when different one is loaded Hi I saw this question but no one answered it. Software instrument name will remain the same frequently when a new instrument is loaded of the same catagory. The instrument changes but the name remains as the previous one and I'm not sure why. Even does it with session tracks. I loaded a session drum track and used the specific instrument "four on the floor" but when changed to drum kit "heavy", the track header still was named "four on the floor". If I want to keep track of the change I made, I need to double click the name in the track header and type it manually in. Maybe someone here has figured out why this happens and a suggestion to avoid it happening or it could just be a bug that's not been addressed?
