Why can't callers hear me with my Jabra hearing aids?

The solutions in previous, closed threads has been to triple-click the iPhone's right-side button, and make adjustments to the hearing aid controls from there (adjust mic level). That option is no longer present, at least on my iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.5. The only options now are Background Sounds, Headphone Accommodations, and Live Listen.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
