How can I use my garageband song inside the acapella App?

I am new to acapella and know how to record
but don't know if I can load my song from garageband into acapella
if this is possible, I want to ask how can I do that
The reason is, that I want to use the better sound quality from my gb song that I made with a good microphone

'Sharing' / Exporting GarageBand file as a ringtone. I'm attempting to make a ringtone for my iPhone 14 - but I've been unable to share the file as a ringtone. As instructed by a youtube video, I moved an mp3 file into GarageBand and saved it - then I'm apparently supposed to go back to "My Songs", haptic press on the file, select "Share", and share it as a ringtone. This all goes according to plan until I press "Ringtone". When I do this the app says "Exporting as Ringtone..." but then quickly pops up with the window saying "Song cannot be exported - A song can only be exported if it contains a recording of a Touch Instrument or a Live Loops performance to Tracks view." Even accepting the fact that this may be the case - when I add another actual live loop to the song, it still comes up with the same message. Help! - Quinn
