I cannot find a current answer to "how to upload a garage band recording (15 seconds long) to be my ringtone on an iPhone.

'Sharing' / Exporting GarageBand file as a ringtone. I'm attempting to make a ringtone for my iPhone 14 - but I've been unable to share the file as a ringtone. As instructed by a youtube video, I moved an mp3 file into GarageBand and saved it - then I'm apparently supposed to go back to "My Songs", haptic press on the file, select "Share", and share it as a ringtone. This all goes according to plan until I press "Ringtone". When I do this the app says "Exporting as Ringtone..." but then quickly pops up with the window saying "Song cannot be exported - A song can only be exported if it contains a recording of a Touch Instrument or a Live Loops performance to Tracks view." Even accepting the fact that this may be the case - when I add another actual live loop to the song, it still comes up with the same message. Help! - Quinn

Transfer Ringtones How to transfer self created ringtones from one iPhone to another? I created some ringtones by Garageband in my iPhone. It works in that particular iPhone but after idropping it to another iOS device. I couldn’t save them as ringtones. I can just saved them as files on my iPhone! Shall I saved in a specific path?

Installing Custom Ringtones on iPhone 15 I have some custom ring tones that I would like to install on my new iPhone 15 Pro. From what I have been reading it sounds like custom ring tones haave to be made on the iPhone in Garageband. These were made on my iMac with iTunes tears ago. Is there a way I can install them without using Garageband?
