has anyone else had autocorrect correct a basic word with a slur?

Super unsettling and just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Just typing out a basic descriptive adjective that I’ve used a fair amount of times and didn’t incorrectly type it out but the word was automatically “corrected” to something deeply upsetting when I sent the text to a friend. I immediately edited it, after the fact but shouldn’t have had to and just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced such a disgustingly upsetting glitch because that would be a massive oversight.
