I have saved a contact on my iPhone 13 but anytime that same number calls I see it as unknown/the number appears without a name saved in my contacts

Unknown Caller:
This caller likely has a service with their Carrier to make their calls not be identifiable by the receiver. That’s what I get for someone when they call me. Though, I’m not so certain you can’t have them let you see their number on your device.
